Working with youth and teaching kids how to be healthy and active is a passion of mine. As a coach and Youth Exercise Specialist, my goal is to help kids excel in speed, agility, quickness and strength.
My Youth Outdoor Fitness Camp encompasses various activities and equipment including hurdles, agility ladder, relay races, plyometrics, team-building and more!
I also offer youth personal and partner training sessions in my home, your home or an outdoor location to best meet the needs of your youth.
