Personal Training consists of one on one training. There is no one size fits all when it comes to designing and implementing a training program. You will receive a safe, positive experience in which I will help you create your goals to become the best, healthiest version of YOU! You can expect motivation and inspiration to stay accountable to achieving your goals. I meet each client, right where they are in their journey of fitness, in whatever way their schedule allows. Really, there's an option for everyone! Here's what I offer...
1. In-home (my home or yours) & on-site training (local park, etc) for local clients
2. Virtual training through Facetime, which has proven success (great for out of state clients)
3. Creating workouts for you to do on your own
